EMAIL ADDRESSES NOT TO BE USED I understand and agree that the following email addresses can not be used with our system, AT&T, Hotmail, SBCglobal.net, Outlook, Live, and MSN. I understand if I use one of those email addresses that I may not receive email communication from IMARKETZONE. Which means I will not receive my username or password to use with UNIFY Services. If possible try to use Gmail, Yahoo, or AOL email address instead.

REFUND POLICY I Understand and Agree that UNIFY Services is a service provided by IMARKETZONE and there are no refunds once service has been activated. This is a digital service and no product(s) will be shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain the proper equipment and services to use to use UNIFY Services.

CHARGEBACK SERVICE SUSPENSION I Understand and Agree that if I initiate a chargeback with by bank or credit card company that my service will be suspended immediately, my account(s) with IMARKETZONE will be closed and I will NEVER be allowed to order any product(s) or services from IMARKETZONE again.

A VPN MAY BE REQUIRED TO USE SERVICES I Understand and Agree that a VPN may be required for all customers using our services. It is becoming very common for most internet Service Providers to block our services. Therefore, we recommend All customers to purchase a VPN service. We offer a discounted VPN Package if you're a customer with us.

BILLING STATEMENT I Understand and Agree that IMARKETZONE.COM will show on my bank or credit card statement as the charging company for UNIFY Servicesg. I understand and agree that I am signing up for automatic payments until I request cancelation.

ACTIVATION GUIDELINES I Understand and Agree that most services have instant activation. However, certain services we offer will be activated within 1 hour, but can take up to 24 hours. I also understand that I will receive my activation instruction by email at the email address that I used to purchase service. If I have not received my activation instructions after 24 hours, I will submit a support ticket or call IMARKETZONE Toll Free at (888) 804-3863 before contacting my financial institution. If contacting my financial institution is required I will supply an email as proof that I have tried to contact IMARKETZONE before taking further action.
